The National Wraparound Childcare Programme
Wraparound childcare is the term used by the Government to describe childcare provided outside standard school hours, before and after-school and during term time.
The National Wraparound Childcare Programme is part of the childcare reforms introduced by the Government, which aims to make wraparound childcare available to all primary school-aged children from 8am to 6pm, every school day during term time.
Their aim is that by 2026-2027, all parents and carers of primary school-aged children, from reception to year six will be able to access childcare in their local area.
We love coming to breakfast Club - it's so much fun!
- We provide a breakfast club during term time which is available for all pupils at Stocks Lane Primary School.
- The club is open from 7:45 am - 8:50 am and pupils will be welcomed by breakfast club staff and offered a choice of breakfast.
- After this they may choose from various activities on offer such as table football, pool, jigsaws, board games, small world play and artwork etc.
- The charge per session, per child is £5.00 regardless of the time of arrival.
- Pupils who are in receipt of Eligibility Based Free School Meals will be offered the club at a subsidised rate of £4.00 per session.
